Joya 4U is here at Melrose Urban Female

We have just added a few new items to our store that come from a company called Joya.  We were particularly intriqued by their design and their philosophy. Like us, they are a women-owned company and   seem to share what we here at MUF feel.  For too long men have dominated the sex toy world in terms of design and packaging.  Women know what women and like and want.  Sorry men.  No fault of yours. 

The adult novelties market is one of the largest markets in the world. This huge market, dominated by men, is now in transition from a ‘similar product/similar quality’ arena into a ‘unique design/high-quality’ market. Moreover, this market is gradually becoming more and more mainstream. From a dark-sleazy market carrying mostly phallic products, to an open and esthetic market, carrying non-phallic design products that can be displayed everywhere.

Today's market has so few women creating adult materials and products - too few women in creative, professional or management roles.
